Register to volunteer as a VBS helper using the form below. Check any position you are interested in and we will contact you with your assignment. Thank you for your willingness to serve! NOTE: Childcare for infants through PreK is available for the children of VBS volunteers. Register your child for childcare as needed below.
Volunteer Positions Available:
o Tribe Leader—lead a small group of K-5th grade children throughout the week. Some teaching involved. (8 needed)
o Tribe Assistant—work with a small group of K-5th grade children throughout the week. (8 needed)
o Preschool Leader—lead the preschool group through their own schedule of lessons and fun activities. Preschool VBS is available for children of volunteers. This job runs from 5:30-8:15pm to accommodate volunteering parents. (3 needed)
o Marketplace Vendor—work in one of the stalls children will visit and experience part of 1st century life. Some vendors will lead children in creating something to take home while others will offer sensory experiences. Ex: the baker’s shop teaching children to prepare bread. All volunteers will be trained in their assigned skill. (18 needed)
o Music & Dance—help lead in our Gathering times with music, dance, etc. (2 needed)
o Set up & Decoration—set up and decorate the marketplace, in advance and the week-of. (Many hands needed)
